One Minute Silence Observed in Memory of the Late Former President of the ECOWAS Commission, His Excellency Marcel Alain de Souza.
Bobo-Dioulasso – The staff of the West African Health Organization (WAHO) today 18 July 2019 observed a minute silence in memory of the late Former President of the ECOWAS Commission, His Excellency Marcel Alain de Souza.
Mr Marcel A. de Souza passed away in Paris, France on 17 July 2019.
The 15 ECOWAS countries flags and the ECOWAS flag are all flying at half-mast at all WAHO offices.
