Project Development Objective (PDO): Accelerate demographic transitions in ECOWAS Francophone countries
Specific objectives:
- Strengthen the role and missions of the West African Health Organization (WAHO) in steering and knowledge management on population and sexual and reproductive health (SRH) issues;
- Strengthen political advocacy for sexual and reproductive rights and health, and promote the emergence of civil society in these areas;
- Strengthen the capacity of ECOWAS Member States to develop and implement policies and strategies for sexual and reproductive rights and health
